Exchange Policy
Ensuring the perfect product is our priority! If you find that the product you ordered doesn't match your expectations, don't worry!
- Exchange requests will not be accepted after seven days from the date of receiving the product.
- To exchange the item(s), you can initiate the exchange process by contacting our helpdesk at care@ecofashionshop.com or through WhatsApp @+91 97913 64664 by mentioning the order ID and other order details.
- Our dedicated team will review your request within 24-48 hours.
- Your reverse Pickup will be arranged within 2-3 working days of reviewing the request.
- Items bought in the Clearance Sale is not eligible for exchange.
- Please return the item(s) to us in their original packing in unopened and undamaged condition, with all original tags/labels attached.
- Upon receiving your parcel, we'll promptly dispatch the requested product(s) to the same address used for placing the order.
- Customized products are not eligible for either returns or replacements.
- Returns & Replacements can be done for all genuine reasons of size and fit post approval from the support team.
- Innerwear's are non-returnable.
- Offer cannot be combined with any other coupons.
